This album is a collection of songs recorded during the same sessions for 2003's [url=https://www.discogs.com/master/65432-Less-Than-Jake-Anthem]"Anthem"[/url]. The title of track six is an acronym meaning "All Systems A-OK". Jay Whalley (From [a253318]) sang one line in the song "Jay Frenzal" and coincidentally inspired it.
